Summary: Great for two arthritic seniors. Quick beach walk for the wife and quick food and drink walk for me. The one true bathroom was no impediment for an old married couple.

Summary: My fiancé grew up staying on 16th street, so being able to stay a little ways away and walk five houses to the beach was perfect for us. The five and dime, mini golfing and coffee houses (oh, and ice cream!) are a short walk away, as well. We stayed in the top of the house, which had a nice deck to sit on and you could hear the waves!

Summary: Dan and Lisa were wonderful, we all loved the delicious Apple pie as a nice welcoming gift. The home was very inviting, cozy and felt like home, plus the proximity to the beach was perfect! We are looking forward to coming back next year!!

Summary: Dan & Lisa are the best host -they left us a delicious pie when we arrived and respond super quick to any questions! The house is so comfortable and cozy and the location is amazing! Loved minting coffee on the adorable porch! We would absolutely rent again!

Summary: My kids and I loved Dan and Lisa's incredibly comfortable home. It had everything we needed including a very well-stocked kitchen. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We frequently grilled and ate on the spacious deck. Obviously LBI is the perfect family vacation destination on the shore. And Dan and Lisa's place in Surf City is situated so close to restaurants and activities. We had an awesome week!

Summary: Steps away from beach. Walk to restaurants, ice cream, miniature golf. Park your car once you get there Don’t get back in till you have to leave. Always a great vacation!

Summary: We had a nice relaxing week. The unit was the perfect size for me and my family. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night. We loved the short walk to the beach which was 5 houses away. We loved that shops, restaurants, ice cream and mini golf were a very short walk away. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: Can't beat the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Outdoor shower, washer/dryer access, big dining table, and comfy sofa in front of a TV with streaming services were all perfect for us. We will miss sitting on the front porch and enjoying the summer evenings.
